In 2023 CWC Photography was selected as an official photographer for the Tails of the World collective. The Tails of the World collective is a group of self-publishing photographers who create beautiful animal photography books all for animal rescue and animal charities - showcasing some unique and picturesque areas across the world.
For our location we selected Simcoe County and the amazing Precious Paws Rescue. Over 9 months we hosted 12 sessions with over 15 dogs, capturing some of the areas more beautiful trails, parks and lakes, sold over 30 copies of the final book and raised $1500 for Precious Paws Rescue!
ABOUT THE RESCUE
Precious Paws Rescue is a registered charity, all breed dog rescue, based in Simcoe County. Since 2006 they have been dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs through a volunteer foster based program. They do not operate a shelter facility, and instead all of their dogs stay in private foster homes where they can receive all of the TLC they so desperately need. Precious Paws Rescue receives no government funding, we rely on fundraising events and donations from our generous supporters.
